If you encounter problems while using our software, this section will help you identify and resolve common errors. Follow the instructions below to resolve common issues yourself.
1. User interface/app issues
Symptoms:
- Display errors or missing elements in the user interface
- Buttons or menus are not responding
Solutions:
- Restart the software or reset the software to default settings.
- Reinstall the software.
- Update Windows and all apps in the Microsoft Store.
- Make sure your software is up to date.
- Download the latest Windows App SDK
2. Login issues
Symptoms:
- Error messages when trying to log in
- Login details are not accepted
Solutions:
- Check your login details and make sure they are entered correctly.
- Have an admin to reset your password.
3. Performance problems
Symptoms:
